"White Fang" is a pet wolf who is called Whitey by his owner, but his friends call him White Fang because they love ripping off classic literature. He also often goes to an abandoned log cabin to visit his mate and children when his owner is too busy to look after him.
Weed and his followers watch the akita, Kaguro, as he returns to Osaka until he runs into Whitey. He refuses to fight the dog and lets him pass by. Then he looks up and stares at Weed who greets him kindly and leaves.
