Miaosora is an Akita/Wolf hybrid who used to live with humans until one day, they randomly started abusing her and took her collar off before they threw her out along with their Tosa mix, Chihi, who she got along with perfectly.
Miaosora lost her best friend a few days after their owners gave them up. The death of Chihi drove her crazy and started to become murderous towards her enemies. When she meets Weed and his followers, she instantly attacks Akame who beats her easily. Weed stops him, Tesshin, and Shirozaru from restraining the young female dog who tells him he's being soft on her and scolds him for saving her life. In turn, Weed befriends Miaosora and aids her wounds.
When the bible-thumpers raid Ohu, Miaosora goes on a patrol with Joe, Kagetora, Akame's grandchildren, and Jerome to fight them off. During the fight, Miaosora and Kagetora injure the leader of the first group (which the bible-thumpers call "Generation") known as Shitto which get all five Generations angry. As the patrol returns home, Miaosora suggests they should go after the weak ones first for good luck.
At the final battle of the bible-thumper dogs, Miaosora is about to kill the leader of the fourth Generation, Raid® when his sister, Moan and the kai ken, Cummy Turd torture her until she lets go of Raid® who she has killed before she released him. Weed comes to her aid once more, but this time, she loses too much blood and dies.
